Got a '63-'85 Mopar whose electrical system isn't what it used to be? Check out Flaming RIver's new billet high-output alternator...come in for more...
Flaming River is excited to announce the addition of High Output Mopar Alternators to their growing line of high performance automotive products.
These units replace the 1963-85 “square back” or “round back” style Chrysler alternators, and are a "one size fits all" solution for single-field and dual-field external voltage regulators.
They have excellent output at low speeds, with 100-120 amps at idle with a stock Mopar crankshaft pulley.
The Flaming River Billet High Output Alternators use a single rectifier plate with eight diodes—which results in 3 times the output at idle of the stock Mopar alternators, and it keeps internal components cooler so they last longer than other alternators on the market.
These made-in-the-USA alternators are the perfect solution for any vintage Mopar owner who struggles with premature alternator failure, intermittent electrical accessory problems, or low voltage at any engine RPM.
Features also include your choice of v-belt pulleys (150-amp or 240-amp, single groove or double groove), your choice of finishes (machined, polished or black anodized), and a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
