It was a great day at Mopars at the Strip, and we wrapped up our True Street Challenge on the drag strip.
We had a blast in Vegas today, and our True Street cars got to make their passes down the quarter mile. We had a variety of Mopars competing this year, and several cars ran 11 second elapsed times on the track. The autocross was active today as well, with pony car wars going on and lots of Mopars taking the curves thanks to Hotchkis sponsoring the autocross. Several of our True Street cars made laps as well, and we're considering adding the autocross to the True Street Challenge as a judged part of the event next year. If you've never driven an autocross, you should try it. No matter how your Mopar handles it's a real blast and can be addicting. After driving the autocross last year we even decided to build an upcoming project car into a road course car so we could drive at events like this more often. We're looking forward to spending the day at the track tomorrow, and hope to see you there. Dave
