Planning on going to this year's Woodward Dream Cruise on Saturday, August 18? Here's some advice: Make your Hunter House burger run early; don't worry about finding the corner of 16 Mile and Big Beaver Roads; and come on in for info about the new Woodward Dream Cruise website.
Woodward Dream Cruise Inc. is proud to announce the launch of their newly designed website. This new website will be easier for people to navigate and is the first in over five years. The web address is www.WoodwardDreamCruise.com.
“The new website is a refreshing new look for the Woodward Dream Cruise, and we believe it shows a truer representation of what the Dream Cruise really is all about: family, fun and remembering the good times of our youth,” says Greg Rassel, who's president of Woodward Dream Cruise Inc. “The newly redesigned web site will be continually updated with fun facts and event changes. We know our audience will really like our fresh updated look.”
The Woodward Dream Cruise starts at 9:00 a.m. on August 18,and runs along that famous six-lane highway/cruise route(and unofficial late-night proving grounds back in the day!--Scott) through Detroit's northwestern suburbs from Eight Mile Road north to Pontiac.
In addition, the inaugural Cruise In Shoes 5K run/walk, presented by Fifth Third Bank, will take place through the streets of Royal Oak the same day, starting at 7:30 a.m.
