If you follow the automotive auction circuit, then you defintely have an opinion about car values. At the Auctions America sale in Fort Lauderdale, one of the most exciting lots on Saturday was the 1970 Plymouth Hemi Superbird that ignited a spirited bidding contest between a bidder in the room and one on the phone. The eventually sale saw a price of $319,000 to the cheers of the crowd.
Does this mean that investment-driven values are returning? it's hard to say, but we'll definitely keep our eys peeled.
