We've been busy building a 2010 Dodge Challenger bracket car, and yesterday we hit a milestone. The engine is in the car and runs!
After a lot of work, we've got our late model Dodge Challenger running and almost ready to hit the track. Local racer Rick Menditto will drive this Challenger, owned by his father Fred, and the car sports a 426 cubic inch late model Hemi we built with Indy Cylinder Head. Thanks to the help and support of Indy Cylinder Head, along with a bunch of other advertisers and suppliers, our car is almost ready for the track. We'll detail all of the specifics in future issues of Mopar Muscle Magazine, so be sure to follow along. We're expecting good things from this car, and think you'll be surprised at the power it makes and how quick it is. These late model Mopars offer a lot of bang for the buck, and the late model Hemi is a real powerhouse and doesn't need to be highly modified to run great.
See you at the track!
Dave
