Want to see HemisFear, Chip Foose's spectacular mid-engined Hemi creation, up close?
You can...when you visit Pomona, California's Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum.
Chip Foose's 2007 Hemisfear Coupe is now on display at the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum presented by the Automobile Club of Southern California, and this mean-looking machine has fans green with envy.
Engineered and constructed by MetalCrafters of Fountain Valley, California, the HemisFear Coupe is a cross between a muscle car and a hot rod. Equipped with suspension by Hotchkis and a Baer brake system, Foose's ultimate dream car is powered by a Mopar Performance 392 Hemi Crate Engine, visible through the car's rear window.
The high-performance powerplant, constructed of all-new components, sports a deep-skirted cast iron block with cross-bolted mains, CNC-ported aluminum twin-plug cylinder heads, and delivers a monster 540 horsepower and 490 foot-pounds of torque.

The Foose project was partly funded by JL Full Throttle, and it debuted at the '07 SEMA Show.
Make sure you come by the Museum, and check it out before is speeds away!
NOTE: The L.A. County Fair runs through this Sunday (October 2). If you plan to visit the Museum during the Fair, please be aware that you must pay Fair admission, and enter through designated Fair gates, to visit the Museum.
