I'm not sure how legal it is, maybe only in rural parts of Polk County Florida, but check out the door on this truck.
I know what you're saying, there is no door on this truck, but actually there is. If you look closely, the door (a piece of chain) is hanging from the door latch area at the rear of the door frame. Once onboard, the driver simply hooks the chain to the hinge area at the front of the doorframe, and is securely within the confines of the cab. I'm guessing that the purpose is to ventilate the cab for a lack of air-conditioning, but this type of door would also be useful for hosing out the dirt, mud, remains of fast food, dog urine, and other items when it comes time for a cleaning.
