Driving to work today I saw this car in the other lane. It was hard to miss it because it was holding up traffic, making everyone pass as it slowly made its way down highway 60. At first I thought it could be a smart car (or dumb car if you get in a wreck), but it's not. It's older and I'm not sure it's a car at all but rather some sort of industrial utility transport vehicle.
