Ok, we need a little clarification, how is this possible?
The other day while driving through Brandon, Florida, I noticed a Harley in traffic ahead of me. I've had a couple of Harleys as well as some other bikes, so I always notice them and try to look out for them. As the rider wove through traffic, he rode as if he was born on two wheels, deftly negotiating the traffic, riding with one hand, resting his feet on the highway pegs in traffic, and riding slowly and quickly as needed.
As we stopped at a redlight, I looked at his tag and saw it was a handicap tag. How is this possible? Isn't the simple fact that you can ride a two-wheeled motorcycle through heavy traffic, and hold it up at a stoplight, proof that you are not handicapped? I'm sure the double amputee wheeling him or herself out of a specially equipped van in a Wal-Mart handicap space just loves to see this dude roll up on the Harley, kick the kickstand down, flip his cigarette butt, and stroll into the store to buy smokes.
Granted, I never saw this guy walk, just ride, so in his defense he might have a limp or something, I don't know. But I do know some real handicapped people who don't even have the handicap tag and proudly walk in from the edge of the parking lot like the rest of us.
