Speaking of bikes, I saw this guy riding north on I-95 on a recent road trip to North Carolina. Isn't that illegal?

I guess more people are riding bikes these days because of the economy, fuel prices, unemployment, etc. I'm not sure it's legal to ride on an interstate, however, even if you are wearing a bright orange safety jacket.

I'd also like to thank my insurance company for having my windshield replaced with one that cracked three weeks after installation. I'm sure this is some kind of scam and the aftermarket windshields really are thin. Please address any complaints about the quality of this photo to Progressive . . .
