Coming up August 6-9: late-model American muscle takes to Concord, NC's all-new zMAX Dragway for the Hot Rod Drags--where you'll also see all the cars and all the stars of NMRA and NMCA, because it's on the same weekend as the inaugural Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals.
This BIG event--on the new strip located just outside of Charlotte--- will also feature two huge auto show & shines, a giant manufacturers' midway and swap meet, and a 300 mph jet car.
The Hot Rod Drags is a special race, showcasing the best in modern-Detroit muscle. The classes are open to late-model HEMI powered Chryslers, as well as modular-powered Blue Ovals, and The General's LS-powered cars, with Team Mopar taking on the other two manufacturers' teams.
There is a heads-up class for each manufacturer's fastest, as well as an index class for everyone. Any racers who do not qualify for the heads-up race will automatically gain entry into the index class.
There is big $$ up for grabs, as well as special awards for the Fastest Chrysler competitor.
