As this photograph shows, the housing market is clearly making a recovery, or at least half a recovery
We've all heard about the economic crisis, and how houses aren't selling and new construction is at an all-time low. I snapped this photo the other day and it clearly shows the construction and housing market is making a comeback.
Granted, this is only half a house, but for some lucky half-home owner it's better than no house at all. In fact, the missing half makes it easy to come and go, and if the owner covers the open part with plexi-glass it's like having a huge picture window.
This type of house would be great for a reality show because the cameras could film everything from the one side, but I digress.
Anyway, Since half-houses are now selling I'm pretty optimistic about the economy. Maybe Detroit should start selling half-cars . . .
