I was driving through Brandon the other day and saw this car. Can anyone tell us what the strange attachments are?

People do some strange things to their cars like installing traction bars, 24 inch gold rims, neon lights underneath, huge spoilers, wierd mufflers, window tinting with odd Spanish writing on it, lift kits on four-door sedans, flame decals on sub-compact cars, wierd satellite antanaes, and playboy seat covers . . . but I digress.

Can you tell me what the heck is on the rear deck of this car I photographed? It looks like some speed-sensing radar or camera device, but I couldn't tell. The middle-aged lady driving the car wouldn't even look at me, let alone roll down the window so I could ask, so I'm asking you, our readers.

Any clues? email us or just leave a comment to this blog.
