Another one bites the dust

car wreck, traffic, bad traffic

I was driving my Challenger home the other day and guess what? Traffic stopped. This is why.

Yet another accident on the central Florida interstates, this one happened on I-75 northbound, just before I-4 and if you'll look closely the car is overturned. So after waiting in traffic for about 30 minutes (standing still), traffic finally started to move as cars began to get by on the left shoulder. It still took another 20 minutes to actually get around the wreck, making my 40 minute commute into an hour and a half.

Why did they wreck? Distracted, I'd guess. In central Florida, most people's driving skills that I've observed are marginal at best. So I don't think they should be allowed to drive while on the phone, or on their computer, or getting dressed, or performing a pedicure on themselves, or eating a multi-course meal, or plucking their eyebrows, or shaving their face, or shaving their legs.

Just my opinion.
