Plain looking cars that go fast are cool, but I like cars with stripes.
I really do appreciate the "sleeper" look, you know, a plain looking car with tons of power to surprise the guy in the other lane. But to really make a car look sporty, it needs some type of stripes.
As Mopar owners, we're lucky that our cars came with some of the best looking stripes of the muscle car era. Mopars came with longitudinal stripes, stripes around the trunk, and huge billboard stripes stating engine type or displacement on the quarter panel. Oh yeah, and blacked out hoods were a cool feature on Mopars too, even though technically they aren't stripes, and this blog is about stripes.
So put some stripes on your Mopar, it'll look better, and you'll feel faster, even if your car is equipped with a Slant-Six.
