Remember when Mopars dominated Nascar?

I remember when Mopars dominated Nascar, but just barely since I was born in 1968.

They say stock car racing began in North Carolina, and now I see why. I was on a back road here the other day and saw one of those diamond shaped warning road signs indicating I shouldn't take the curves at more than 35 mph. Then, past that sign just before the curves, is a speed limit sign that says to go 45 mph. Then I noticed the curves were banked and thought "this must be how they train people in North Carolina to be Nascar drivers."

When faced with two different speed options, I generally pick the fastest.
