Why do people throw their trash on the roads? Do they think the rest of us like seeing it?

People who throw trash on the roads really suck. I was driving my Dodge truck to work today and saw a piece of trash at the end of my driveway. I picked it up, then decided to count the pieces of trash I saw on the way to work. My ride to work is about 25 miles, and it's mostly interstate so it was hard to really get an accurate count, but I saw 126 pieces of trash on the way to work. I would say that each of these pieces of trash was thrown onto the road by a person who is a piece of trash. But that's just my humble opinion.
