I like pizza, especially peperoni with light sauce and thin crust, but I've never worked at a pizza restaurant or delivered pizza.
I like eating pizza, especially when accompanied by a cold beverage. My favorite pizza is peperoni with mushrooms, light on the sauce and thin crust. I've had friends that worked at pizza restaurants, and my sister waited tables at Greek's pizzeria for a while in Greenfield, Indiana, but I've never worked at a pizza restaurant.
I think it would be cool to deliver pizzas, because you get to drive around a lot. I like driving, and racing, so maybe I shouldn't deliver pizzas. I might be tempted to break the speed limit or race somebody and lose my license. Then I guess I'd lose my job because to be a pizza delivery driver you have to have a driver's license. They really shouldn't enforce traffic laws for pizza drivers because they need to make their money, but I digress.
So if I was going to be a pizza delivery driver, what car would I use? I guess if my delivery runs were long, a Superbird would work ok. plus the people would see me easier at the end of their driveway with the wing and all. But I think pizza delivery drivers pay for their own gas, so a Superbird with a Hemi or 440 really wouldn't work very well. I mean it would be fun, but not cost effective.
So what's the best Mopar for delivering pizza? Maybe a Cricket or an Arrow? They get good mileage, but man, I don't think I'd want to be seen in one. I'd never get a date. I guess the perfect Mopar for delivering pizza would be either a Feather Duster or Dart Light since they have aluminum parts to make them light, a six-cylinder and overdrive transmission for good mileage, and they look ok for something made in the mid-70s.
I'd have to get one with the rear seat that folds down though, that way if I was delivering pizza and got tired I could lay in the back and take a nap.
