What Engine Do We Build In 2008?

The 2007 AMSOIL/Mopar Muscle Engine Challenge is underway at Comp Cams in Memphis. We'll have some preliminary results tomorrow, but we can tell you that the first engine blew up on the dyno.

Now we want your help! What engine should we build for next year's challenge? We've chosen three different engines combos; a claimer engine, a budget engine, or an all out big block with no monetary limits.

3. I think it should be any cube mopar small or big must make 400 hp to qualify then see how long it will run on one gallon of gas while loaded at 300 hp. (lets build them mean but not thirsty]

4. How about no budget,turbo or supercharged smallblocks,410ci limit,92 octane,water and alcohol mix inj. since intercooling on a dyno wouldn't be practical. Don't know how much Comp's dyno can handle,but it would be cool watch 'em break the needle! Besides,you've done about everything else. No? Well O.K. then,no budget big blocks.

5. a smallblock,370ci max,weind intake #7545,500cfm holley #4412,stock stamped steel oe heads,flatt tappett cam,stock steel rockers.all of us circle track dodge guys would like to see our maximum ,since were limited to all of these rules in i.m.c.a. street stocks,limited modifieds.come on the worlds waiting for the maximun combo.
